Building a Content Studio from Scratch

The Challenge
R/GA SF was scaling rapidly to support Google partnership and new business wins, but had no in-house content creation capability.
What I Did
- Built content studio from 0→1: hired animators, editors, motion designers, and 22+ producers
- Embedded half the team at Google for global campaigns
- Served on senior leadership team managing 100+ person office

The Challenge
The agency needed internal capability for emerging platforms and creative technology innovation. No R&D function existed, and the agency was losing pitches to competitors.

- Conceived and founded BETA Group, the agency's first creative tech team
- Scaled team from 1 developer to multidisciplinary innovation lab
