Building a Content Studio from Scratch

R/GA SF was scaling rapidly to support Google partnership and new business wins, but had no in-house content creation capability.

What I Did

  • Built content studio from 0→1: hired animators, editors, motion designers, and 22+ producers
  • Embedded half the team at Google for global campaigns
  • Served on senior leadership team managing 100+ person office

  • Conceived and founded BETA Group, the agency's first creative tech team
