HI, I'M ELLIE
I grew up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. After college and a stint as a TV news reporter, I headed west seeking digital pastures—and ended up becoming part of the generation that shaped the early web.
For 15+ years, I've been the person companies call when they need to build production capability from scratch. Not just manage production—BUILD it. Design the team structure. Hire the right people. Establish the workflows. Curate the agency relationships. Create the foundation that scales.
I've done this three times: at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where I founded the BETA Group and was promoted to Associate Partner (one of only 15); at Edelman, where I built studios across SF, Seattle, and LA and was promoted from SVP to EVP; and at R/GA, where I built an entire content studio and led 22+ producers half-embedded at Google.
Currently at Apple, I'm embedded inside the UX and design organization as a Managing Producer — serving as operational lead and strategic partner to senior leadership across a 700+ person global org. I own executive communications, drive cross-functional alignment, and help the team move with velocity.
