Ellie is a terrific leader, with great insights and sharp skills, who lifts up everyone around her. I've never felt more supported than with Ellie as my manager and mentor - she was always there with a clear vision and plan to allow me to do my best work. Sometimes you are lucky enough to sell an idea you really love, but then discover you don't have the budget or time to really pull it off. And sometimes when that happens, you are lucky enough to have a producer who won't let things like budget and time kill a great idea. This is Ellie. She loves great creative as much as anyone I ever met, and most importantly she is passionate about bringing those ideas to life. Ellie is a rare breed. She is an incredible leader, mentor, collaborator and friend. She is an impressive talent – personable, creative, strategic, pragmatic and magically brings a sense of calm to every situation. No matter the challenge, if Ellie is involved you know that everything is going to be ok. She is consistently empathetic to the team she leads. Her superpower is to bring out the best in people, she allowed me to find and hone my own strengths and allowed me to flourish. It was a privilege to work alongside and be managed by Ellie, I would leap at the opportunity to work with her again.

Ellie has all the traits of a great leader. She possess the rare ability to see the talent and potential in a person and allows them to nurture and develop that talent. In a team setting she is able to bring together a group of seemingly disparate people and inspire them to do their best work and to work together collaboratively for the common goal. Most importantly, she makes those around her better and is truly a visionary in her own right. During my time at Goodby I looked up to Ellie as a fearless leader who really believed in and championed for creative experiences within the digital space. She inspired everyone to think differently about digital advertising and created a cross-functional development team to help amplify and translate the agency's message. Any company would consider themselves lucky to have Ellie as their leader and visionary.

I had the pleasure of working under Ellie for a couple of years and it was truly a wonderful experience. She's a great leader and mentor, and cuts through the mess to get to smart solutions in challenging production scenarios—I knew from our first meeting that I was learning from the best. Her extensive production experience and top-notch network of highly-competent, talented production teams make her one of the most versatile and capable producers I've met. Any crazy ideas that creative teams come up with, she can get them done. Ellie is a kind and thoughtful supervisor, one who listens and understands, and builds confidence in those who are looking to her for guidance. I highly recommend Ellie for any leadership role with the task of building and growing any great production team.

When Ellie assumed the role of the Director of Interactive Production, my work life was transformed. Ellie is smart, creative, resourceful, a champion for her people and their work. She is supportive as a manager and makes herself available to hear our concerns. The biggest mark she has made on the agency as a whole was her formation of the BETA team. Ellie conceived of the idea of bringing a group of creative technologists and developers together in-house to brainstorm and prototype digital ideas for internal inspiration and client presentation. Many a project has been sold in and many accounts have been won since we have been able to put working concepts in clients hands. I have not worked with a more inspiring leader in my career than Ellie. Any company would be lucky to have Ellie lead their business.

Ellie is an experienced, skilled and compassionate leader of both creative technology and digital production teams. She has the unique ability to bring people together from across a diverse range of backgrounds, allowing her to build and lead high-performing teams with strong morale, loyalty and camaraderie at their core. She epitomizes what it means to have Executive Presence by demonstrating grace under pressure and confidently presenting her professional opinions to the agency's senior-most management and client executives. Ellie's many years of hands-on experience serve as deep foundation from which she is able to guide and mentor her staff. Ellie is one of those rare leaders and individuals with whom I would be eager to work again in the future.

Ellie is an exceptional producer, leader and creative thinker. Like any great producer, Ellie knows how to get the job done. But beyond that, she really approaches her role as a co creative-director, encouraging and pushing work to take full advantage of current and cutting edge tech. She founded GS&P's BETA Group, a group of technologist embedded in the creative department, and has been instrumental in integrating digital thinking into the creative conversation. When Ellie was named associate partner at GS&P, the staff went nuts. There was genuine excitement from the entire organization that someone who does it right—who can produce great work, who pushes for innovative solutions, who takes care of her people—would be recognized with one of the agency's highest honors. She's great. Any company would be lucky to have her as a leader in their operation.

Being part of Ellie's team was a pleasure, and I can say with certainty say she has been the best mentor I have worked with to date. My own work has markedly improved since observing her methodologies and techniques. Even in the face of tight deadlines, grumpy creatives, late nights and unlimited revisions, Ellie never lost her good humor and always gave her team the positive focus needed to get through tough projects.
